A new generation of medical laser for tHE MODERN physicians OFFICE
Utilizing diode pumped Nd:YAG crystals as the source for our patented PulSync technology means we not only deliver the precise wavelength desired with every shot, we also do so without the need for consumables.
ADVATx is developed for physicians who are looking for the most advanced solutions for highly desired treatments, without pain, downtime or expensive consumables.

SIMPLE USER INTERFACE
Usability is one of the fundamentals in the design of ADVATx. We have developed the user interface to be simple, intuitive and easy to operate.
SCANNER HAND PIECE
Single Spot or Fractionated Delivery – Both 589nm and 1319nm are delivered via the same scanner hand piec
SCANNER PATTERNS
ADVATx scanner deliveries different scan patterns allowing the physician to tailor the delivery of laser energy according to the area being treated. See illustration.
DELIVERY METHOD (589 nm)
In order to minimize the discomfort and unwanted side effects such as purpura, or other damage to surrounding tissue caused by Pulsed Dye Lasers (PDL), ADVATx employs Quasi CW pulsing, delivering individual pulses of energy at a repetition rate of 12 kHz.
As the durations of the individual pulses, as well as the pulse-to-pulse spacings are significantly shorter than the thermal relaxation time of the vessels, the skin perceives the multiple pulses of energy as a single pulse. For example, this means that a 20 ms pulse of energy can be directed at the target, i.e. Veins, without the trauma to the surrounding tissue caused by the significantly larger energy spikes of a PDL.
Simply stated, because of our advanced delivery system, ADVATx allows for all the well-known therapeutic benefits of yellow light, without the undesirable side effects associated with PDL.
It is important to state that the 1319 nm is delivered as continuous wave (CW).
RE-DEFINING THE GOLD STANDARD FOR FACIAL LASER TECHNOLOGY
With both 589 nm and 1319 nm available via a single spot or scanned pattern, ADVATx allows the physician to customize the treatment of Red, Blue and Purple Vascular Conditions, Acne, Acne Scars and More with no pain or unwanted side effects such as bruising, purpura or scarring.
To date, over 2,000 patients have been treated with no adverse events reported.
While the wavelengths provided by the ADVATx are well documented for their FDA and CE cleared indications, formal clinical studies employing the ADVATx laser are on-going with some of the top Dermatologists in the world.
BASED ON PATENTED PulSync TECHNOLOGY
ADVATx is based on our patented pulse synchronization, or PulSync, technology.
Consisting of two laser modules, one emitting 1064nm, the other 1319nm, a shared Q-Switch modulates both to generate a pulsed train of light. These pulsed trains are synchronized and simultaneously sent through an LBO, or non-linear crystal, which combines the energy of the respective 1064 and 1319 photons to generate 589nm, or yellow, light. Alternatively, 1319nm may be selected, depending on the treatment goals.
